Say hello to the Beast. The highest quality, monster weight jersey from Japan sewn into our classic T-Shirt right in the USA. Build your stack now - the Japan Beast T-Shirt.
Our heavyweight t-shirts have quickly become our most popular knit styles. We think it's because they call back to a time when garments had a true heft and rugged sensibility. To a time when you had to put in a little work to earn your comfort, but you knew that the reward would be worth it. It's not just selvedge denim, you can find knits that have this character as well. Today we show you Japan's version and it's a monster in all the right ways. A touch heavier than our USA heavyweight jersey, this one is a beast. It has a burly feel, with a slightly plusher hand as compared to our USA version. It's ready to be worn hard daily and will just continue to get better with time. Don't let anyone near this t-shirt, they will want it, but it's going to become as coveted as your favorite selvedge denim (and the perfect companion for it).
Construction details are classic and sturdy. We start with double stitch binding collar around the neck. Double needle hems finish the sleeves and bottom and a slightly narrower gauge is used to lend a small element of refinement. The fit strikes the ideal balance of tailored without being tight.
Please note this garment is dyed in small batches. Color variations are to be expected and can vary in tone or hue from batch to batch.
"Never thought I would find a denim company that I feel like is a community."

"I really love Gustin. I just don't think I'd choose another brand at any price point. And I love watching for new products/return of old favs. But a very important part of the experience is the great customer service."

"This salt & pepper plaid shirt is **** awesome. Fit, feel, and look are amazing! Best looking shirt I own. My wife gave me “the eye” when I walked into the kitchen wearing it. Thanks for making it!"
