Today we present an ultra-rare, deadstock style from one of our favorite mills in Japan that is dedicated to reproducing vintage fabrics. Woven on vintage selvedge looms and inspired by hard wearing chino cloth styles of the past - this is the Vintage Selvedge Chino Cloth.
Proof that denim isn't the only hardwearing workwear fabric comes a chino twill with rugged roots. Our favorite mill in Japan took inspiration for a vintage twill they discovered and faithfully reproduced it. We like the result. The hand is a bit crisp and raw, reminding you a bit of good selvedge denim and a departure from the ordinary soft twills we find. The weave is very tight. In fact, vintage selvedge looms were used to make it, lending true authenticity and a beautiful tonal, wide selvedge edge finish. Great color completes the package and our dialed-in denim style gives this fabric a great home.

"I wanted to tell you how much I love the rainbow nep natural t-shirts. After over a year of trying to find my everyday t-shirt, this is finally it. I have four of them now and they are basically all I wear."

"My 1968s came in the mail yesterday…They're amazing! From the fit (thank you for all the hand-holding!) to the detailing, I'm blown away. Just tremendous quality at any price point, but the value here is off the charts."
